When will my order ship?

All items from our shop are shipped directly by our printers.

Due to COVID-19, certain items have a longer fulfillment time (see here for latest estimates). We appreciate your patience, we're just as excited as you are to get you your merch!

What is your return policy?

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items - Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Unwanted Items / Wrong Size - Due to the made-to-order nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for size exchanges or no longer being wanted. Please read all product details and sizing charts before placing your order. Thank you for understanding.
